Default tomorrow is the day...

we moved 90% of the furniture out of the house this weekend, along with most other stuff.

tomorrow @ 10am is final inspection and closing is at 11am.

hopefully everything goes well. i'm not looking forward to staying with the in-laws for a year but I think we'll be able to make the best out of it, expecially being able to save so much with the lack of alot of bills.

im sure no one really cares but i felt like sharing.

we were going to sell it in january anyway to make some money on it, it just got expedited by the stress of having to support everything with only my income since my wife lost her job when she was pregant. i bring home about 2k without OT and my house note and electricity alone was 1500. needless to say, i was working my ass off entirely too much with side pc work to make ends meet. at least now, that extra pc work will be going into savings for the next house and maybe a few toys once we get a nice sized nest egg and get everything in line.

also, the next house will be on a lot that my mom's giving me so that should save me a good 30-40 grand

he spends alot of time with his grandparents now so not much will change for him, other than sleeping in the room with us for the next year or so.
