so how about alfa is coming to america soon
they have their $150k+ flagship, can't recall how much it costs...
then the article mentioned a few "cheaper" models coming later
like 100k is cheaper lol

Well.
Ferrari sold Maserati back to Fiat, although Fiat owns something like half of Ferrari anyway.
But this way, Maserati is a Fiat brand, and Ferrari is its own thing that just worries about Ferrari.
Fiat is going to group Alfa Romeo with Maserati to form a complete lineup, and bring Alfa Romeo up as a more premium brand ready for relaunch in the USA, courtesy of the assorted magical goodness previously bestowed upon Maserati by Ferrari.
If I were to wager a guess, which I will do, the next Maserati Coupe and Spyder will probably start around $125k instead of the $100k they start at now. The 8C would then slot in somewhere in the $85-95k range currently occupied by the likes of the Mercedes SL550 and Jaguar XKR.
