Yeah I still cant do it, but ultramon is very very slick.
It lets you have a taskbar on the other monitor, plus you can extend wallpaper to the other monitor or have different backgrounds, and theres a pleuthora of other features. You can have applicaitons load on a specified monitor (from cold start up) and you can switch em over back and forth too. Wicked sweet. You can also span the same thing across both if you want.

already taken care of :-P. Anyway, I just hacked the shortcut for bf from +fullscreen 1 to +fullscreen 0 and I changed the resolution so I got it to work :-D
