To me the day after Halloween marks the beginning of the xmas season, so here goes. Last year was mostly great. I hope this year is even better.

Same traditional HAN procedure:
$20 minimum BEFORE shipping
partners will be grouped into "OG" and "not OG"
OGness will be strictly determined by me with the help of members and moderators
official procedures will be posted in the official SS signup thread in a week or so
just so i do not forget later, if you want to order online, repackage and resend from home you should tack on about an extra week to compensate

any suggestions/comments to make han SS better will be appreciated

I might implement a new way to gather information and choose partners but that is still up in the air. The traditional lottery will still be available if nothing else.
