Default Computer cacs....need help

I just got a new PC at work, but I don't want to have to reinstall all my programs and stuff. Is there a utility I can use to respan the HD from my old computer onto my new one (preferably free h: )? Also, my old HD was like 75 GB, and the new one is 232 GB, would that be a problem?

TIA
