is there a way to send someone a paypal payment and have not not use funds that are in your account?
i have $41.XX in my paypal account but I'm buying something online with that and I don't want to screw up that transaction so is there any way to send the payment for the other item solely from my credit card?

yes, but if you use the credit card it automatically uses the funds in your account first, then the credit card for the balance. echeck is the only way to have it not use the balance first.
ahhh. i see
