wrong. if i use my paypal debit card and there are no funds in my account, the payment won't go through. i needed the funds to stay in the account.

i found a way around it, though.

how's it a problem? it allows me to use my paypal funds for purchases that aren't "paypal" purchases plus i get a percentage back.

i resolved my issue, though.
