Why is it that all the TV/Movie/Hollywood/Celebrity type shows all hire that one woman that has the most annoying voice, and then they have yell the entire show?

I almost dated my friend in high school that looked similar to her. Better looking but still pale with black hair. Glad I didn't though!

I'm not asking for a particular hosts name, just why do they all seem to have the same type of annoying voice? and why does it seem like they have to yell the crap?
