It's always that one bolt...
that hinders your maintenance projects :mad:
I'm replacing the currently frayed alternator belt and the pivot bolt won't break loose. PB Blasted it - nothing. No breaker bars, only rachets that are useless without good leverage (not much room between the pivot bolt, axle, lca and ground). The only pipe I can use is a plastic pipe but that just bends and I don't want to round this bolt off. Arg. |

I have a short extension on there that would just make the socket jump off the bolt.

i hate that. i'm cleaning my carbs and there's one nut that doesn't want to come off for the linkage.
