Default Ahmuhgawd..

Well. My A/C started leaking water a few days ago down the wall and I didn't think much of it. So today I check again and the water is trickling out and the drywall underneath the A/C is all mushy. I couldn't find a trail of water going down the wall anymore. It decided to seap in behind the wood trim of the window sill and all that drywall is ruined now. So I check the wood under the carpet because the floor consists of a bunch of connecting 2x2 foot squares of carpet instead of one giant sheet. The wood is buckling up and splitting and is completely saturated.h:

Needless to say the A/C had to be removed and the carpet pulled apart to let it hopefully air out. I see some interior construction in the near future.
