search and read... at least you say something valuable about the problem. you beleive that Libanon is at fault when it isint it's helzbollah.
Also understand that out of the close too 400 people that died how many are Hezbollah? well according to all the new feed that "overwelming majority" are civilian.
Also according to differnet source, Israel is using Sulfur in their weapons... which is just cruel especially wehn you bomb civilians.
YOu also add in the 600K people that are now left wihtout any homes, 30K canadians and 25K american(who by the wya had to pay to leave Lebanon), the years of growth down the drain, the instability this new attack will brings to the region, the thousands more that will eventually die because of this conflict, the peace keeping operation that the UN has to put in place, the significant" amount of humanitarian aid YOU GUYS are paying to lebanon.

All that because as you said HEZBOLLAH kidnaped 2 soldiers, when in fact they are more then 400 kidnaped people in jails arround Israel, they still dont know what they are charged with...

Also adding what Israel is doing to Gaza, we dont heard it much cause all the attention is on Lebanon but they still continue on Gaza. Also the insecurity this will bring to your own country that already has problems with Iran and Syria.

Again, this all thwarts back to religion, which in itself is a theory. So basically everyone is fighting over something (from the beginning) cannot be proven.

Well a lot of what screwed up this region is the fact the British actually controlled the land until the 1940's.

 

yeah no i agree with that graig. but at this point I think it's not about religious differences. These countries are really running out of land. And we arent talking about Jerusalem any more, this is south fucking lebanon, no real religious land. just saying that this conflict is because of religion is wrong... as Kestrel said, the social unbalance, the political unbalance and the respect for the other group of people are all part of this war.

these are 2 different cultures, nations, not just based on religion but nationnal values, government policies, and so on...

 

I agree with you this. I just think they hold this so close to their hearts over so many years, they will forever fall back on it as a justified reason to cause such controversy.
