If I were you, I would do something that made you happy. Something you can allow yourself to think (no matter what) that the small amount of time you spent there actually made a difference.

I'd be a waiter. It's hard work but you can work like only a few nights a week and make bank. One of my friends was a waitress at shoney's. She only worked sunday brunch and pulled in like 200$ for that day....
