Studying v.Finals and I Can't Concentrate
 

Its finals time and I can't concentrate at all. Before I was trying to find something for my sister, or email, or a handful of other things so I pulled myself away and lay down to study. That didn't turn out very well, or so the large wet drool spot on my papers told me(Slept for about 1 hour) so I moved to a chair and slept for 1.5 hours.

What do you guys do to help concentrate?

First, log off HAN.

I think I've studied a total of 10 minutes for all of my finals. :)

Actually, HAN isn't keeping me on for once... Suprisingly.

Eliminate all distractions, then check off the topics you need to address one at a time.

Every 2 houra or so, take 10 minutes to stare at something other than your books.

Agreed except with me, I tend to focus in much longer intervals. It depends on my interest in the subject. I have finals in physics and circuits coming up, so I study by doing all the problems in the book that are relevant. This usually focuses me for 5-6 hours at a time.. Then I normally sleep or eat or something for 3-4 hours.
