Default WTF happened last night?

Last night I woke up in the middle of the night to a flash of light than when I looked next to me I could see someone shaking uncontrollably with their eyes wide open, but I kept saying "Calm down, it's gonna be ok. Calm down..." and when I looked closer I realized that I was looking at myself shaking. Than when the shaking stopped everything was normal and I looked around and everything was ok. WTF was that all about? This ever happen to anyone before? Kinda freaked me out...

I don't know, I could have sworn I woke up when I saw the flash of light. There is a mirror next to me but it was on my left side and I looked to my right. It lasted probably like 10 seconds.

Geez that's creepy. I hate those nightmares that feel real.

I had the dream where you're running down a tunnel, and something's chasing you. I could see the end of the tunnel. As long as I made it to the light, I knew I would be safe. I ran as hard as I could, because I knew something was chasing me. I couldn't see it, but I could hear this rapid clicking and I could feel it coming for me.

At this point, most people wake up.

I didn't. No matter how hard I ran, the end of the tunnel didn't get any closer. I got pissed. I stopped and turned to face the darkness. It got me. Whatever it was ripped into my legs.

I woke up screaming and both my legs from the tips of my toes to my hips were cramped up. Hurt like crazy. I finally straightened them out, then went back to sleep.

you should read about this form of meditation my friend does(wish i could remember what it's called). didnt believe him at first untill i tried it. you can put yourself in a lucid dream state just by controlling your breathing and going one muscle to another and relaxing them. the first time you do it, it freaks you out cause you literally "fall" into this state and if feels like you are falling off the bed. basicly i went into the dream state and thought i was falling off the bed so i freaked but its tough to slip out of it once you start to enter it. i tried to move my arms but they wouldnt move, making me more freaked but then i started to come around. my hearing started to get louder and i could start to move. then i woke up. i have tried it since but i guess the first time is the easiest then it gets really hard untill you can master/controll it.
