Yep QC sucks ass. They tried to get me to do it but I said no...I can't understand why anyone would possibly enjoy QC at any level.

I worked at a medical tubing fabrication plant once. QC blows! Luckily I was only on it a few nights because I would meet and exceed quota (which I couldn't help).

so do you guys like, test out the parts as they come along on a conveyor belt? anyone ever work at a fleshlight manufacturer? :reechy:

It's different everywhere. At my former job, I would do QC on 8" long tubes that doctors would put a scalpel knife on the end. So I had to check the clearances of the ends, and the size of the fastening joint.

No conveyor belts where I work. This may help you understand what kind of machine I run. It's kinda hard to describe whithout seeing the operation.
