drive shaft,

flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, master and slave cylinders,.......

drawing a blank...
Theres some other shit too i can't think of at the moment

edit-

List of things you'll need:
-5 speed transmission
-5 speed transmission crossmember (can't believe I left that off the original version)
-5 speed Drive Shaft
-Flywheel
-Clutch and pressure plate
-Clutch Master Cylinder
-Clutch Slave Cylinder
-Clutch Pedal
-Brake Pedal
-Clutch hard line (unless you FEEL like fabricating hydrolic lines)
-Shift boot
-rubber shift boot and metal circle bracket (used to hold the rubber boot to the trans tunnel)

does that look complete?

the second one has the average 240sx wear. The other one is good but it's automatic if you want to take the trouble. Just lowball the 2nd guy and see if he could lower the price.

Wow...neither of them. Hold off and find something a bit more worth the money.

I'd take the second simply because my local junkyard is cheap and loaded with 240's, not to mention I have more parts connections then I know what to do with. h:

If I was seriously in the market though, I'd look for a manual trans coupe. The hatchback is an ugly bugger.

I voted 2 but I'd honestly look for a better example.

Most of the issues with 2 are pretty common for an older car and wouldn't be too huge of an issue to fix. Tranny swap isn't uncommon for a 240 but will be a considerable amount of labor involved. Combined with an SR/RB/CA swap, would be reasonable however.
