i volunteered to work a 6pm-6am shift to cover for a guy whose department we are going to be assuming the resonsibilities of. then, i decided to stay for my normal work schedule (630am-3pm)

6-6 shift was network monitoring
630-3 shift is senior help desk/support for tv service, internet (dialup, dsl, fiber) and phone (both copper and fiber)
