Default shrinking clothes sizes

hey all, i bought a Large Adidas track jacket off ebay but it seems like a XXL

anyway, to shrink it down?
it is already used so...any tps?

The opposite of what it says on the tag might work. What's it made out of? Is it one of those windbreaker type dealies?

you can't shrink it a) because it's used and has already been washed and dryed and b) the material is most likely made of mostly polyester which doesn't shrink

yea i reading up on that...

ill try it anyways, high temp wash and dry...what do i have to lose? it doesnt fit me
