stuck at work
got an email this afternoon saying they need soem shit done by 10 am tomorrow "sorry for the short notice"
i'd do it tomorrow but my a.m. schedule is crammed up and i know better than to think ill be in early

any ideas of things i can do that wont result in me losing my job?

Suck it up. My friend who works at PPG worked for 60 hours last week (including until 11PM on Friday) installing a painting robot that would have cost the company $20g to have installed for them...and he's a salaried employee and didn't get overtime. What a dumbass :slap:

i dont mind doing the extra time, just lousy to be in here by myself, nobody to talk to + having to wait 5-10 minutes between tasks cuz of processing. plus staying late tonight to do the extra work > getting up early to come and do it first thing the a.m.
when my paycheck shows up next week, ill be glad i stayed but right now, im like

plus, i have to wonder what would've happened if i'd said "actually no, i have another commitment tonight i cant stay all night and do that" i wonder what they would've done then :hsdunno:
