Got a tint ticket in NYC, and I'm wondering if the ticket will be waived if I remove the tint.

 

6 months in jail, at best.

Dont even bother removing the tint. They normally get me when i cruise by check points at night. ( Obviously the tint will be darker at night ) so I just avoid them.

No its not a fix it ticket.

 

95% of the cars i see in the city have tint

 

NH is 35% tint allowed, but nothing on the windshield and nothing on the front glass. So rear back window and back door windows if applicable.

I just roll with the windows down in the Summer anyway :run:

 

lol just remove the front tints and u will never get a ticket for tints window.
I was ticket twice for tints window in the same month and I was never ticket once in the last 4years with the same tints. you either pay it or remove it. 70% is the legal n NY. mine read 13% lol & now i have 32% and I was pullover once but he let me go.

 

gotta get me some tint. its almost summer

 

thankfully down here they don't harass you. Most cops sport 20% on their cruisers even b/c of the heat!
