Default An online buying question?

Hey all. I'm new here and just had a question. I might be posting it in the wrong forum but sorry. I really need your help!!!!!!.

Well.

If you buy something from someone through paypal and if they dont ship it would paypal automatically get that claim disputed and give you your money back from their account?

I'm about to buy a tranny from this one guy but all he has is paypal and no EBAY or nothing. Just found some posts off of thepartstrader.com and I have no record of his feedback on any other forum at all.

ANd when I went to make a payment on his paypal. It said his paypal account wasnt able to receive mony at this time.

I'm pretty new at buying online off of ebay and

If he didnt send the item, How hard would it be for me to do something?

Thanks.

And Mods. Sorry if I posted in the wrong area.

I'm buyin a tranny for $600.00

Should I do it or not?

And if he doesnt ship it. Is there anything I could do about it.

You can file a claim if he does not ship the item to you. But it's a PITA and takes a long time to get your money back if you do. I would suggest you buy from a reputable seller and not take a risk.

For the most part, Paypal is pretty secured. If you don't receive the item, file a complaint and you will get your money back once the claim has been reviewed. I never have had any problems through paypal.
