ive got less than 2 more hrs here at my current job, and although i feel great knowing i'll be heading to a better place w/ better opportunities, i am a bit sad :hs:. out of the 10 people i work w/ on a regular basis, ive got about 3 coworkers that ive gotten pretty chill w/. its going to be sad leaving them here, since i know that they're also overqualified for their current spots.
im leaving b/c although the company doesnt treat us like garbage, i can tell we're definitely no where on their list of priorities. overall, not a good place to be for more than a yr. plus the management in this dept is total crap. their PMPs and evaluations were due last week and the boss guy still hasnt done anything. plus the other 7 or so people are total idiots whove been doing the same mess for 4-6 yrs (not including those few ive grown close to).
in any case, i might not be able to snoop and post around the Basement at my new joint, but we'll see how that goes. life will always move on. :cheers:
