Default air horns

how many of you have changed the horn on your car, and what did you change it to. I just put air horns on mine to fart around with.

I had a set of FIAMM trumpet-style air horns on my GTi.
They were LOUD....135 dB easy.

Also, they had a very sharp resonance due to the pitch of each trumpet. The end result was a brassy note that snapped anyone within earshot out back into reality.

If you can fit a pair of air horns in, I strongly recommend the FIAMM set.

Since there was no room for them in the DC4, I went with a smaller Hella horn that's almost as loud. Sadly, it lacks the sharp note of the FIAMM setup. Still pretty effective, though.

Actually, mine might be FIAMM; can't remember. Got'em off Ebay cause I got sick of the dinky little electric horns on the CRX. Either way I love them, and people pay attention now

I wanna get a horn that plays songs and stuff. I'd probobly have 2 or 3 horns set up then. Air horn(FIAMM sounds cool), music horn, regular horn. Just wire in a switch so the horn buttons can control whatever the relay switch is on to.
