Default New Year's resolutions

So its almost March, and I wanted to see how many of you stuck with it

Mine was to lose weight, eat better, and cook one homemade meal a week.

I've lost ten pounds so far (only have 5 more to go to get to my ideal weight), I'm much more active and feel fantastic, and I am cooking at least once a week

mine was to get my school stuff back on track, which i've done.

also, to get in shape quickly as i don't want to fail my pyhsical agility testing for the academy h: that's going well also. once i get closer to applying i may get a personal trainer.

good job on sticking to yours so far.. you should check back at the end of the year and see if you've made it that far

My mom has a personal trainer and loves it. They really kick your ass. Good luck!

Mine was to have a New Years Resolution. I highly suggest this approach, it's both low pressure and takes care of itself naturally.
