Default Memorex Black CD-R

Besides the obvious, is there anything special about these discs?

I just picked up a 50pk today from there for free, my branch manager had given me a gift card for $20 for Christmas. No way in hell I'd pay their inflated price for them with my own money.

I only buy cds when they have a sale. Like a few months ago they had 2 packs of 100 for 12 bucks. So I got two.. Never had to pay full price ever. Just shop smart. When you see a sale like that, buy one or two to last you till the next sale. I still have about 125 left.

I normally do, but last month CC had a 100pk for like $12.99 and I was gonna get a pack but I had like 25 disc left so I figured I could get by till the next sale, then I went on a burning spree and wiped them out pretty quick. I had my brother hook me up with some, he snags them from his job, and I haven't seen any good sales recently.

That sale you found is a hell of a sale, what brand discs were they?

Yep, and it's at the bottom

Oh well, like you said, a silver sharpie should do the trick

And I thought I was bad. I make sure to get as close to 80min on each disc as I can, unless i'm in a hurry. I'm starting to compile a nice MP3 disc for my upcoming road trip and believe me, it'll be as close to 700mb as I can possibly make it
