mines 235 as of last week
time for a diet change

 

i have no idea but im takin cholesteral meds to prevent any problems.

 

im suppose to have mine checked in the next 2 weeks or so after my birthday next week when i turn 20

 

I havent had a checkup in YEARS.

mine is a little high.. my doctor didnt say anything about it though :dunno:

It was 180 when I was 18. That was 12 years ago and I haven't had it checked since. h:

 

i forget but mine was just below the danger level :hs:

 

have no idean but i know its not good but has gotten alot better this past month as i satarted eating good again working out.

 

it takes wayyyyyyy longer than that for your cholestrol to be effected by your change of diet. It took me nearly a year before I saw changes and this is about the norm. It drop about 8 points which was just enough to put me out of the danger level.
