funniest shat ever......
today, i was in the exclusive part of nashville where all the rich people live. i was filling the work truck up when this guy in a red ferrari testarossa pulls up to the pump next to me. he puts the nozzle in & then goes into the store to get something.
when he comes out, he's yelling at somebody on his cell phone & gets in & speeds away....with the pump still attached to his car :lmfao:
the pump gets pulled off it's base & the hose breaks away from it's in-line release valve & shatters out the rear window.
he gets out, surveys the damage, yells "SON OF A BITCH!!!!" & peels out of the parking lot....right in front of a metro cop.
talk about getting owned. when i came back by an hour later, he was sitting in the gas station parking lot with about 4 cop cars around him....OOOOPS

inevitable paint/body damage....even more expensive
repair to gas station pump....chaaaaching
reckless driving ticket cause you were not paying attention, did something stupid & then got pissed about it..........priceless

I did that, years back when I was leaving Tahoe after a snowboarding trip. I was filling up and went inside to get some snacks for the drive home. I totally forgot about the pump (I was hung over
) and started to drive off. Luckily there is this little adapter on the fuel hose so it will detach for occasions like this. I went back inside and gave 'em my insurance info and such. I never did get a bill for it. I guess they just connected the hose back together
