Default Music Sleep Timer

Anyone know of a program or plugin for WMP that will put the music on pause after a certain amount of time?
I don't really know where to look. I did a little looking but couldn't find anything.

the FoxyTunes extension for Firefox has a sleep timer built in... you just need to keep firefox running.
