What happens if one leaves the toolbox out in the garage (open) and comes out the next morning to find rusty sockets? Can I, I mean, can one take it back and get anew? (Craftsman)

clean off the rust and break em and say you broke em...im not sure if rust is covered..i'd imagine it is though

yes.

you can leave your toolbox on a train track, collect the scrap pieces of metal, and return them for new tools.

I have pretty much all those pieces in that kit. Does its job and its been like 5 years now.

Anyone know if I can return my standard size tools for metrics? I dont think Ive used any of the standard sizes ever. h:

that's a good looking set. $130 for tools that'll last you a lifetime is great.

after being spoiled with snap-on, matco, and mac tools at school, its very hard for me to go back to the basic craftsman tools. I'm not saying i dont use craftsman, or that they suck, its just that i tend to stick to the higher model lines.

that set will be just fine for the weekend mechanic and then some.
