Green Mung Bean
I bought a bag of Green Mung Beans at the Asian Food Mart today because they are super high in protein and fiber but I've never eaten them before and I'm not sure what to do with them. Do I cook them? If so, how? Or do I just eat them plain? I also picked up some soy beans. If anyone has any idea what I should do with those let me know.
I would think you would research the cooking procedure before buying a new specialty item such as this:dunno:

Try it raw and let us know what happens.
