There's A Racer In My Neighborhood.
 

This kid in my neighborhood just got a black type r a few weeks ago. The street we live on is kind of a |_| shape, with no houses on the bottom part. He lives on the opposite side, and everytime he makes a loop he thinks it's Indi motor speedway or something. I mean, the street is pretty small, kids all over the place, and he's going like 30mph around the corners...15mph max is probably safe. I heard him come around the first corner towards my house and get on the throttle, swung way out into the other side of the street...stayed on that side, and then cut in on the corner next to my house, and got on the throttle again...not to mention, the streets are covered in water from 2 straight days of rain. I want to throw rocks at him.

i can't stand it when little bitch ass kids act like that... i mean it's ok to open it up... just not where kids are runnin around... i suggest you park your car in the street so he has to stop ... open his door... and punch him in the fuckin head...

Put road spikes out.

Get an old basketball and next time you hear him coming just roll it into the street so he hits it or locks up his brakes. It will get him to think about it next time he rolls past.

Why not use a new basketball? Cacster has the money eff with.
