I don't really drink mixed drinks with food, I drink em to get drunk.
Nice food I usually pair with nice beer (i.e. something with a little more flavor to it than mass produced light beer).
When I drink mixed drinks, well, look at my avatar. Bombay Sapphire & tonic, Bombay Sapphire gimlet, or sometimes Bombay Sapphire martini.
