2 coats of AIO and 1 coat of SG will make just about any color "bright"

goto a paint store tell them you want a brightest/whitest white, they probably just mix a strong white toner with balancer in it. thats pretty much the cleanest white you could get. and yeah adding a little blue tint help it look whiter, n not so yellowish under different light.
