What's for dinner? v. 0510.22

Like the title says, what's cooking? :)

After eight weeks of pretty basic roasts and sautees, I finally took time this evening to make a decent pizza.

I was out of olives and mushrooms, so it came down to the basics.
Pecorino Romano and Mozzarella cheeses, red bell peppers, minced garlic and onion, with turkey and spinach sausage for protein.

(Yes, I'm a tad bored. :oh: )

Sounds tasty. I enjoy making dishes at home like the one you posted above.

Nice. I've been far too busy for the more involved dishes. I usually do some sort of light marinade and sautee... or dry rub and pan-roast.

Without Trader Joe's, my daily cuisine would be pretty damn boring. :oh:

Now what is this trader Joe's? I usually just try and make something I have out like say the OLive Garden and then I search on the net for a replica recipe to follow. Even if my dish is a little off it is great to have a nice dish at home.

Would you mind sharing a recipe?

If it were me by myself, it'd be even more boring than your current choices. It's nice having a girl who knows how to cook, I wasn't with my last gf long enough to peep the culinary skills, and the one before that, when she was away from the crack pipe long enough, couldn't cook to save her life.

I ordered chinese delivery to stock up for the forseeable future. Gonna have lots of leftovers. The general tso's chicken, pad thai and chicken w/ broccoli all went straight into the fridge. I ate the large wonton soup and egg rolls.

no idea. it's a surprise. I'm not that hungry so my gf is making something.

I went to Applebee's and had the beer battered fish and chips.
