i'm just hoping it doesnt kill the value of the car. my father has a way of jumping on things before looking at any of the options. i'm just saying i'd like to know what my options are.

i have two possessions that i own my computer and my car. i just feel like m,y father is playing around with my money and not letting me in on what he's doing... it's just an aggrivating situation.

working 60+hr's a week is not a fun thing when the fruits of your labor are just shit on.

i'm just really really turned off by the entire situation and i'm trying to figure out exactly what my car is worth now afterwards.

:edit:

and the gartitude for my father is there... i don't even know where to start.

your car is still worth the same, if the insurance is fixing it, it's worth basically the same on paper the only problems people will have is the buyer but since you decide on the price and who to sell it to, more power to you.

Wait what difference does it make? Just fix it up and drive it.

Even after being fixed, Your car is going to only be worth about $100. Sorry, sucks man.

On the bright side. If you can assure me that it'll run well with all original parts after it's fixed up, I'll give you $300 for it.

That's more than double what it's worth!

Personally I love theives. They gave me the awesome opportunity to rebuild my CD collection from scratch, because hey, I didn't want the one I had, I had already heard it all anyway.

if the car is worth jack after it's fixed i'd rather not take the insurance hike and just part it out.
