question for the supervisors
 

ever have an employee that you find especially annoying and doesnt quite fit "the type" of people you usually work with?

i had this one and she got shipped to another branch and now she's back..... for good.... driving me insane :rolleyes:

be patient with her. If she's a good worker, her personality will adjust over time.

Try not to take a constant "work" approach to her, talk to her as a normal person and see what happens

she just seems dumber than a box of rocks. and she is always making personal phone calls. :oh:

how long are the personal phone calls?




is she cute at all? :happysad:

sorta but she looks used up.

several personal phone calls at 5-10 minutes a go.

i said something to my supervisor (whose brother in law is this girls bf) and she said "keep an eye on that"

oh yeah did i mention she was 20 minutes late her first day back, 5 yesterday, and 10 today?

She sounds like a complete shit employee. There's no saving that.


I've worked in situations where personalities didn't mesh, but that fixed itself over a few bonding type experiences.


in this case, just try to squeeze a boob while you can.
