Umm, yeah it does. Do you know how contaminated that water is? They don't have anywhere to wash that stuff in a timely fashion. Not to mention all the electronics that will end up water damaged that people are taking.

I can understand the ice and water as well as some food, so I would say even though it is wrong it is a justifiable taking.

It's in the mid to upper 90's in NO. I know the ice won't last long, but the conditions can't be bearable down there.

i heard on the radio that people were looting food and water and passing it out at the convention center
and VTEC sucks

That water has to be toxic. With the sewage and remains in it ... all the people looting will have diseases soon.

As much as I dislike the French ... they were the 1st to offer aid to the US.

I think they're sending water filtration experts.

Yup. Sewage, human remains, animal remains, oil/gas from the roadways, other contaminants from cars submerged, etc.
