I belive they work themselfs out, but I think you can try to run the car with the radiator cap off?

Yep thats the only way to do it.

Takes for fucking ever but just let it run with no cap on and watch for bubbles coming up. When they stop coming up let the car run for a few minutes longer while adding water or coolant and let it cycle through getting any new air out.
