Because even the skinniest girl with the cutest booty in the world thinks to herself that hers in huge, fat and out of control. (ok so maybe I exaggerated a little)
But it's like they grow up with a small can, and then puberty comes along and their hips swell out and the ass gets bigger, and they're just self-conscious about it. It looks bigger to them than it does to us. Especially guys who like a big booty.
