NLRB ruled no fraternization with co-workers.

2 Main problems I see with this is that 1) IMO, work cannot say what you can or cannot do outside the office. 2) There were only 3 votes total that decided this was ok. 3 votes? Seems a little easy to pull one person aside and bribe em to go one way. A ruling of this size should have more than 3 people deciding what happens for millions of americans.

Isn't the NLRB one of those gov't agencies that makes recommendation and interpretations (like OSHA or something) but doesn't have any real balls or guts to it?

I'd say that their interpretations would make it so that a company could make unions illegal (outside fraternization) and allow companies to violate your constitutional rights (Right to peaceably assemble).

I'll fuck who I want when I want, bitches.

That's total BS. What do they think this is? Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union?

I agree..........however you have to look at it from the company perspective.

1. 2 people are getting it on together is all fine and dandy, they break up and things become awkward around the office and causes uneasiness around them and is disruptive

2. they break up and someone comes with the sexual harassment suit

3. they break up and 1 of them quits, and they rocked at their job

Yeah it sucks but I can totally understand it

Yes, that situation is possible. But this is America, land of the free. Supposedly. Your job should not have the right to say what you can and cannot do outside of the job.

Education, not control.

Sure you and I know it's not a good idea to be banging the bosses secretary. But some people do, they are asking for their own trouble. It's not the jobs place to say he cannot do that. That's personal between him and her.

It's none of the jobs business what I do outside of work. When work is over work is over. They can tell me what I can and cannot do at work, but not outside work.

Well, there are plenty of other girls out there...........if all you can do is someone in your work place that is kinda sad............

Hey man,

I just saw the thing in your sig about the business loan. Would that be for an existing business or a start up business? If I have an amazing business plan would you hook a brotha up?

Wow, thats a pretty narrow minded comment. It's not even about who you can "get". Imagine having a spark with someone and then being told "oops, nope, nothing can happen between you two because you work together".
