Default Brembos

$1500 US brand new, Brembo GTs 4-piston (two fronts) for s2000. Do you think it's worth it? h: I like the subtle look of BLACK.

I dunno, does your car see much circuit time? I bet the stock ones are pretty strong.

Great, just fade with heavy use. I haven't seen a lot of improvement with project u and other pads, just more stupid dust.

I admit, this is mostly for aesthetic purposes. h:

Is this the kit with 328mm two-piece rotors and Lotus calipers? Cuz it retails for $2500 at tirerack. That's a dang good price.

Stoptech sells their 328mm rotor kit for $1800 direct from their site. Personally I think Stoptech tends to put more time into matching things like piston sizes and whatnot to the specific car than Brembo. Also you may want to look into what replacement parts will cost, you might end up about even in the long run regardless of Stoptech or Brembo.

Either one will be a big improvement over stock, of course. But um, the last time you posted about this you said you had only tried stock pads. What gives?

not all of us are ballers yo. brembos are nice, and stoptech are too. why not just try brembo rotors all around and some good pads. unless you absolutely need hardcore brakes like the ones above. what do u have suspension wise? engine, etc?

Unlike the G and Z crowd who buy crazy expensive 4-wheel brake kits for JDM bling to put behind their JDM bling phat lip Volk rims so they can look cool when chillin in a parking lot with other Gs and Zs, he's just looking to improve his performance on the track. :db:

Oh, and Endless doesn't make a 4-wheel kit for the S2k. But their 6-piston JDM bling front brake kit is ~$3700.

The endless front for the CRX are a bargain! :chuckles:

Even if you got them, I dunno what the hell you would balance them with in the rear.

Most big brake kits for most cars are designed to work with the stock rear brakes. Well, at least Stoptech kits claim to.
