Get a 92-95 for your 1st time buying a car. Unless you don't care about price. Where are you moving in PA? And what price range are you looking at?

anyway, I'd say if you don't know much about cars and buying used cars as it sounds is the case, I'd have a mechanic check over any car you are very serious about buying, otherwise you could be stuck with something with tons of problems and not even know it till it's too late.
