:werd: same here... Costco also has individually packaged, decent sized frozen Salmon filets for cheap too, that's what I've been living off of as of late

ahahaha, my mom just called. I haven't talked to her in a few weeks.. I told her how I loss 20lbs so far. She says "good job, soon you'll be down to 175lbs" (accent removed ) ashahaaahahha, riiiight.

this boy ain't dipping below 200lbs h:

honestly, if I trim down to 215, I'll be fine. I'm probably going to put on a little more muscle, so 225 will actually be good, too. I was 225lbs when I was 19 and most people guessed that I weighed 180. Plus, I'm 2" taller now.

That is a good goal. Weight really is subjective. It really depends on body type. Someone can be 225 and look ripped whereas someone can be 190 and look like a tub of lard and they both can be the same height. It all comes down to the person's body composition and bone and muscle structure.
