Sedan, heck sedans with manual are rare. If you ever find one, jump on it.

I think if you went with the sedan, down the road you'd be pretty happy with that decision. I'm much happier with my sedan for the simple fact that it's less of a hassle to have friends in the car with you - especially for road trips, which I take frequently.

And with an M3 sedan, you could still be a badass.
