go to the doctor.

constant headaches could mean something more than just a headache.

If you are gettting hypoglycemic(Low blood sugar) enough to get headaches, and it is happening often, you need to do something other than take tylenol. Sugar is the fuel your brain runs on, not protein, not fat. If you are getting headaches, that is your body telling to eat something right now before you fall over and never get up.

Dude, you know they make food in nice sealed prepackaged quantities, right? Bring a granola bar and a bottle of gatorade or something with you in your back pack.

I get headaches from not eating also. So i make it a point, no matter where i am or what im doing, to get SOMETHING in me.

Also, my system has become virtually immune to Tylenol. When you take that many so often your body starts ignoring it.

Do your headaches turn into migraines or are they just a nuissance? If they're bad, where you cant stand light, sound, smell..anything, go to your Dr. and they can give you a stronger medicine to take.
