I guess it works different for everyone.

Right now I am trying the max ot deal... its working pretty well I'd say. i'll post or send some vefore and after in a month or so... but I have been seeing noticible gains lately.

i think i am gonna join you guys, have not worked out in a long time. i am planning on working out 3-4 times a week(every other day) for atleast 1 hour. i am not fat, but would like to tone my abs and get bigger in my arms. what are some recommendations? should i take any supplements or should i just work out and eat good food?

I think nutritious meals are the best answer... a balanced diet beats supplements anyday. But supplements also can help with those days when 5 - 6 small meals just isnt possible.


I am on just the basic Protein, Creatine and GLutamine spot right now. Its working. Gym 4 - 5 a week, whole body workout brojen up into 4 days, no more then 45 - 60 mins per session.

prolly reached a small platue( sp?) anyways Imah about to workout at home today and tr to get some damn color on my skin..

heres a tip..if you feel you ahve reached a small platue..such as on bench press..try avoiding Bench press...go Incline and work that for about a week..then go back to bench and use lighter weight..then heavier weight with Incline..and your bench should jump up.
