fed ex sux. I had some parts get from california to memphis in less than 2 days, and they sat in memphis 3 days (memphis is 2 hours from me). I called and bitched, and the guy told me "its not scheduled to arrive til thursday". so I asked him if they were playing cards on my box or what, coz there had been no movement since it got to memphis, and he told me the same thing all over again. so if you pay for 2 or 3 day, it doesn't sit around any. if you go regular rates, it goes 2 day and clogs up a warehouse getting busted up til the "scheduled arrival date".

Been there. They rush the delivery up to 20 miles from your house just to let it rot for days.

i dont think you guys realize, how many packages there are being shipped at once? they dont have time to hand you a package within one day with a birthday cake on top.
