ive bought ram from that bb when i built my comp

and that thing with the cd happened to meh too
it was a blockbuster music and i got a new cd
when i got my lcd i asked to check it out for dead pixels and they said i had to buy it first then if there was 1 dead pix i could get a exchange

 

id be fawking irate,...it would be the end of the best buy here if i just spent over a grand and these fawks gave me a brick and a piece of wood

 

That's some f*cked up bs right there.

But at the same time, he can't prove that he didn't do the swap himself. BB can't really go around and take people's word for it. So in the end, the dude got screwed, and little can be done.

 

I now know how I'm going to get a free LCD :eek3:

So is there any closure to the story or is he jsut stuck with it?

 

Strange thing is, I had to return a home stereo system to BB. The box was huge and they still opened it up and examined each item one by one. Don't know how they got away with this one, especially with a $1,200 item.

 

My mom bought my little brother one of those 30 something dollar power rangers a couple years ago, it was an open item, but it was the only one they had in the store. She bought it and was going to have me wrap it, but i decided to look inside to see how much work it was going to take to put it together. Low and behold, inside there is a towel and one of those tall thick candles. the store took it back after some pleading, but still. At least he didn't open it christmas morning though, that would have really sucked.
