Default my teacher...

is incredibly subtle :chuckles:

As you read the texts for tomorrow, you should read them in the proper order. That is: Guinevere, The Passing of Arthur, To the Queen. This is the order in which they originally appeared in Tennyson's Idylls of the King.

Good stuff to read and talk about. I'm posting the message board now, so let's start the conversation.

Also, this is good stuff for a quiz. Lots of information, names, places, plots. Really wouldn't be hard for someone to ask five simple questions about Tennyson's poems, if one were so inclined.

Yep, good quiz material indeed.

we have readings to do every week, and in the beginning of the class he told us occasionally we'd get pop quizzed on them to see if we were doing the reading. thing is, he always tells us, so they aren't really pop quizzes.

not that i'm complaining h:

it'd be funny if he was just trying to throw you off and he gave a quiz on something completely different. well, not as much funny as mean, i've had that happen.

the most sadistic thing he'd do is have the last response paper topic on the wastelands by TS Eliot (we have to write one on a particular writing, and thats the last one we can do it on). this class is arthurian legend btw, and if you've ever read the wasteland, then you know why its sadistic (well, at least for the procrastinators).
