So Kerry is up in two categories and Bush in one. More people are hearing bad things from Kerry than Bush same with good. Both have more people hearing bad than good. bush is the most consistant.
That is good and bad news for both campaigns!

I don't think it's too unsurprising that both candidates have a lot of bad publicity at the moment... it's targeted negative ad time.
However, it looks like the Kerry campaign is doing a better job of things. The gap between favorable and unfavorable is 2% for Kerry, 7% for Bush. Doesn't say too much for the candidates themselves, just what their campaigns and rallies have been doing.
I'm sure someone in the Bush camp caught hell for numbers like that.

Well considering the fact that the NY Times ran, and CBS tried to, the false story about missing weapons in Iraq I tend to think that Kerry got a nice boost from his friends in the media. I am willing to bet that most of the negativity towards Bush stems from this.
I said nothing about negative. Kerry has more negative than Bush. It's the positive that's the problem for Bush.
